Privacy Policy

Effective date: 2026-09-18

This policy describes what TensorView (https://ai.tensorview.cc) actually collects, uses, and stores. We keep only what the service needs. We do not sell personal information, and we do not train our own models on your projects.

1. Who we are

TensorView operates https://ai.tensorview.cc. For privacy requests, email support@tensorview.cc. That is the only support address shown to customers.

2. Data we collect

Account. You can sign up with an email and password, or with a phone number and a one-time code. We store the email or phone number, the display name you enter, and an avatar URL if you add one. Passwords are hashed by Supabase. We cannot read them.

Content you create. This includes project names, descriptions, prompts you send to the model, chat messages, and the pages we generate or publish. If you mark a page public, anyone with the link can open it.

Usage. Your plan, credit balance, and the usage we record in order to deduct credits.

Payment records. Card payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record and charged in USD. We store the order number, plan, amount, status, and the provider transaction id. We do not receive or store card numbers, CVV, or full payment credentials.

Messages you send us. The feedback form includes the email, subject, and message you type, plus the page URL, so we can reply.

Connections you choose. We store a token only if you use Advanced publish with Vercel, or if you connect GitHub or Gitee, and only to perform the deploy or push you asked for. Vercel tokens are encrypted; we show only the last few characters. These tokens are not used for anything else.

3. How we use data

To create and sign in to your account, generate pages, save projects, publish links you choose to make public, count credits, and activate the plan after a successful payment.

To answer feedback and billing questions. Feedback is delivered to our support inbox. We reply to the address you gave us.

To fix the product. We use Microsoft Clarity to see whether pages work. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell those records.

Prompts are sent to the model provider that generates the reply (currently DeepSeek and Alibaba Cloud Model Studio / DashScope), only to complete that request. We do not use your content to train our own models. The provider handles API data under its own terms.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. A language cookie (tv.lang) remembers Chinese, English, or Japanese. A Supabase session cookie keeps you signed in. A sidebar cookie remembers whether the sidebar is open.

Microsoft Clarity sets its own cookies to measure visits and record how a page is used (for example, where people click) so we can fix the interface. You can block third-party cookies in your browser. Account features still work; we just have less information for debugging.

5. Who we share data with

We share data only to do the things above. We do not sell personal information.

Supabase stores accounts, projects, and orders. Cloudflare hosts the site and carries requests. Creem collects subscriptions, tax, and subscription status, and sees the email used at checkout plus payment details. Resend sends email. Microsoft provides Clarity. DeepSeek and Alibaba Cloud generate content. EdgeOne or Vercel applies only if you use Advanced publish. GitHub or Gitee applies only if you connect them.

We may disclose records if the law requires it, or to investigate fraud or a security incident.

6. What we do not do

We do not sell personal information, we do not train our own models on your projects, we do not give your email or project content to ad networks, and we do not add tracking scripts that are unrelated to running the product.

7. How long we keep data

We keep your account and projects until you delete them or email us to delete them. We keep payment records for as long as we need them for disputes and bookkeeping. We keep feedback until the request is handled. After you disconnect Vercel, GitHub, or Gitee, we stop using that token.

Creem, as merchant of record, keeps payment data under its own duties. That data is not in our database.

8. Your requests

Email support@tensorview.cc to access, correct, or delete the account data we hold, or to export your projects. We reply within 30 days. After deletion, public links stop working, except for payment records we must keep.

9. Children

The service is not for anyone under 16. If we learn that we have collected a child's personal information, we delete it.

10. Security and changes

The site uses HTTPS. Card data is handled by Creem and does not reach our servers. No system is perfectly secure. If you think your account was accessed without permission, email us.

When we change this policy, we change the date at the top. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated policy.

Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-09-18

By using TensorView (https://ai.tensorview.cc) you agree to these terms. They cover what the service is, your obligations, how subscriptions are billed, how to cancel, and how refunds work.

1. The service

TensorView turns a written description into a website or web app, and can publish a public link. Free accounts can create projects. Paid plans and credit packs include more credits.

A published page is a static snapshot of that moment. An app that needs login, a database, or a backend does not become a hosted cloud app just because you click Publish.

2. Accounts

You need a working email or phone number, and you are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share the account. If you see use you did not authorize, email us.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to break the law. That includes attacking systems, phishing, distributing malware, fraud, or creating or sharing sexual content involving minors.

You may not resell accounts, bypass credit limits, or overload the service with automation. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Credits already used are not refunded for that reason.

4. Your content

You keep your rights in your prompts and in what the model generates. You allow us to host, back up, and display that content so the service can run. If you publish a project, anyone with the link can view that page.

You must have the right to submit the content, and published pages must not infringe someone else's rights.

5. Plans and credits

Free: 500 credits on sign-up, then a daily top-up to 50 credits. Credits are token-metered: 1 credit ≈ 1000 tokens, priced at DeepSeek Flash peak rates ×1.3 (input and output billed separately). Pro: USD 4.99 per month, about 6900 credits. Team: USD 12.99 per month, about 18000 credits. One-time credit packs of about 6900 / 18000 / 34500 credits (about USD 4.99 / 12.99 / 24.99) let you top up anytime.

Credits are for generation. They are not cash, they cannot be transferred, and they cannot be redeemed for money. Unused paid credits from one period do not roll into the next period unless the product interface says otherwise.

6. Payment terms

Overseas card checkout is charged by Creem as merchant of record (MoR), in USD. Creem charges your card and handles the tax it owes as merchant of record. We do not store your card number. Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel.

The product UI may show CNY or JPY equivalents by language for display only; Creem still charges USD. The price is the amount shown at checkout. If we change the price of a later renewal, we will say so on this page first, and the new price applies only to charges after that change.

All paid checkouts go through Creem.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Email support@tensorview.cc. If your Creem receipt includes a customer portal link, you can cancel there as well.

Cancellation stops the next charge. Access for the period you already paid for lasts until that period ends. It is not cut off the moment you cancel.

8. Refund policy

For the most recent paid charge (subscription or credit pack), email support@tensorview.cc within 7 days of the charge. We refund in proportion to the unused paid credits from that charge. Used paid credits are not refunded; they cover model API cost (currently DeepSeek).

We may reduce the refund further so that the amount we keep from that charge covers the cost of the credits already used. Free credits and bonus credits were not purchased, so they are never refundable. Canceling before the current period ends does not, by itself, refund unused days; a refund applies only when the window and unused paid-credit conditions above are also met.

Refunds are returned by Creem to the original payment method.

If we close an account for breaking the acceptable-use rules, fees for credits already used are not refunded.

9. Generated output

Model output can be wrong. Review it before you publish it or rely on it. It is not legal, medical, or financial advice.

10. Availability and liability

The service is provided as available. We try to keep it running. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular business purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or lost profits. For a dispute about a paid period, our liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for that period, except where the law does not allow that limit. Disputes about an overseas card charge are also handled by Creem as merchant of record, under its process.

11. Changes

When we update these terms, we change the date on this page. Changes to billing or refunds apply only to new charges after they are published. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
